§ Mr. NewtonLady Wagner's working party on the role of residential care is expected to report early in 1988. Residential care is part of a range of community care services and the working party's report will be taken into account, along with advice from Sir Roy Griffiths following his overview of community care policy and the results of other studies, in developing our policies.
