§ Mr. GummerThe Queen's Speech stated that the Government would help farmers to diversify and would introduce legislation to encourage the planting of farm woodlands. Consultation documents entitled "Farm Woodland Scheme" and "Farm Diversification Scheme" were issued earlier this year. A large number of responses have been received and we shall take these into account in framing our legislative proposals.
