§ Mr. LilleyFigures for the gross domestic product deflator are published inEconomic Trends. The retail prices index is published in the Department of Employment Gazette. The unit value index for imports of basic materials is published in the Monthly Review of Evternal Trade Statistics. Indices of producer input and output prices for manufacturing excluding food are not compiled. However, long series of indices of producer input and output prices for manufacturing excluding food, drink and tobacco were published in British Business on 8 May 1987, where indices of the costs of fuel bought by manufacturing industry may also be found. Producer price indices are also available in the Monthly Digest of Statistics.
