HC Deb 24 July 1987 vol 120 c663W
Mr. Faulds

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what instructions have been given by his Department to the National Museum of Wales about the circumstances in which permission should be sought from his Department to raise funds voted for museum purposes.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

[pursuant to his reply, 10 July 1987, c. 291–2]: The terms on which the grant in aid voted for the National Museum of Wales may be drawn down are contained in the museum's financial memorandum, a copy of which is available in the Library. Changes made subsequent to the issue of the present financial memorandum will be incorporated in a revised version which is now in preparation.
