§ Mr. WaldegraveI understand that this case was delayed while Southwark council considered amendments to its standard form of lease to conform with the requirements of the Housing and Planning Act 1986. The lease has now been reprinted and Mrs. Batts should shortly receive the legal documentation from the council necessary to complete the purchase.
