§ Mr. Scott[pursuant to his reply, 7 July 1987, c. 121–22]: I regret that the figure of 147.7 in the last line of the final column of the first table (the value of the lower rate heating addition at April 1987 where the November 1977 rate = 100) is incorrect. The correct value is 119.6.
