§ Mr. Tom Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he next expects to meet the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities to discuss the implementation of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986.
§ Mr. Michael ForsythAt present I have no plans to meet the convention on this subject. My Department has been in touch with officials of the Convention about provisions proposed for implementation in the current financial year and further discussions will be held in due course.
