§ Mr. WaldegraveRepresentations about the appeal decision, or about the proposal to remove the covenant on the land, have been made by 333 local residents. They have also been made by the Birtenshaw Land Appeal Group, students at two local schools, the local Labour party and the local Civic Trust. None has been made by businesses or by public authorities, nor have any been made in support of the appeal decision.
