§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe traffic and parking working group, comprising officials from this Department and local authority association representatives, has drawn up a set of proposals to simplify and improve the legislation and procedures governing traffic and parking regulation. Its report is published today as a consultation document. It gives the views of the working group rather than the Government's own position. I am placing copies in the Library.
