asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what information he has about the financial commitment of other nations to the UNICEF global immunisation programme in comparison with that of Her Majesty's Government.

Mr. Chris Patten

Her Majesty's Government gave over £5.3 million to the global immunisation programme, putting the United Kingdom fourth in the league of donors. I shall publish full details of the comparative figures in theOfficial Report.
