HC Deb 15 July 1987 vol 119 cc519-20W
Mr. Ashley

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when sections 5 and 6 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act will be implemented; and what consultation has taken place with voluntary organisations over the guidelines for those sections.

Mr. Scott
