§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will introduce legislation to legalise the process whereby people occupy derelict local authority property which has been empty for more than six months, provided they are willing to renovate the property themselves at their own expense.
§ Mr. WaldegraveMy right hon. Friend has, at present, no plans to legalise squatting.
