§ Mr. Wyn RobertsA public local inquiry into objections to draft line, side roads, and compulsory purchase orders was held on 7 and 8 July 1987. The inspector's report is now awaited. Subject to the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and engineering design and to the availability of resources the scheme is expected to start in the period January 1988 to December 1990.
