§ Sir John Farrasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if, in the light of the failure of the Leicestershire education authority to provide facilities at the two sites of Fleckney Church of England (Controlled) Primary School for children to partake of packed lunches, as required under section 22 of the Education Act 1982, he will take steps to resolve the matter forthwith.
§ Mr. DunnMy right hon. Friend is satisfied, on the basis of inquiries made by his officials, that the Leicestershire education authority is doing everything possible to ensure that facilities are restored at the school.
