§ Mr. RifkindMy Department aims to minimise disruption to traffic on the A74 by timing repair work to delays avoid the Glasgow Fair, and it is hoped that the four major repair schemes currently under way will be completed by196W 20 July. There will, however, be some unavoidable traffic delays in the Millbank area arising from the M74 extension.
