§ Mr. Mullinasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what representations he has received concerning the charging by Ravensbourne college of art and design of mandatory levies of up to £150 per course to pay the cost of equipment for students taking B/TEC HND courses in communications engineering and design; and what is his policy with regard to such levies.
