§ Mr. ButcherI am not contemplating any major change in English Industrial Estates role on behalf of my Department in the foreseeable future. I expect it to continue to operate principally as an instrument of our regional industrial policy (which concentrates on providing support for industry in the assisted areas). These areas, of course, include a number of inner city areas.
