§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what investigation is being carried out by the immigration service into advice from staff of Electronic Data Systems, a copy of which has been sent to him by the hon. Member for Linlithgow, about their behaviour when undergoing immigration control;
(2) when he expects to reach a decision as to whether to take legal action against Electronic Data Systems in relation to alleged breaches of immigration rules.
