§ Lord Melchettasked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether the London Residuary Body has sent copies of their second consultation document on the future of Hampstead Heath to all 94 organisations and individuals who responded to their first consultation document, and, if not, whether Her Majesty's Government will list the organisations and individuals who have not been sent the second document.
§ The Parliamentatry Under-Secretary of State, Department of the Environment (Lord Skelmersdale)As I indicated in my response to questions from the noble Lord on 20th January, the London Residuary Body intended sending copies of the second consultation document to all respondents of the first consultation exercise, including members of both Houses of Parliament. I am assured that the LRB320WA carried out their intention. If the noble Lord knows of anyone who has not received his copy, the chairman of the LRB would be glad to hear from him so that a further copy can be sent.
§ Lord Melchettasked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether the City Corporation responded to the London Residuary Body's first consultation document about the future of Hampstead Heath, and, if so, which of the options outlined in that consultative document did the City Corporation support.
