§ Ms Richardsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many men have been prosecuted for rape in each of the last five years in England; how many men have been convicted in each of these years; of these, how many have not been sent to prison; how many have been sentenced to terms of imprisonment of less than three years, between three and five years, between five and 10 years, and over 10 years, respectively; and what orders were made in respect of those convicted but not sent to prison;
