§ Mr. John PattenMy Department reviewed all the provisions in part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as recently as 1985, with particular reference to small businesses. It was concluded that generally the Act works well and that there are insufficient grounds for an immediate revision, but we continue to monitor its operation as to the need for any future amendments.
