§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give details of any studies or research sponsored by his Department on the effects of circular 15/84 about land for housing.
§ Mr. John PattenThe Department has commissioned two research studies on land for housing recently. A report on a study of land use planning and the housing market by Coopers and Lybrand was published by it in 1985. A supplementary report on the same study will be published shortly. A study on land used for residential development in the south-east by Roger Tym and Partners has been completed and a report will be published by the consultants.
