§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe Civil Aviation Authority only recently instituted consultations with the industry, users and the Office of Fair Trading following my right hon. Friend's request last year that the authority should review the adequacy of the information available to it on airlines' activities. A copy of the consultation letter has been placed in the Library and those consulted have until 31 March to reply. I look forward to seeing the authority's proposals in due course.
