§ Mr. MellorPetitions were received from prisoner No. R07634 on 24 February 1986, 15 April 1986, and 17 July 1986 about a board of visitors' adjudication. The prisoner was sent an interim reply on 7 October 1986. Further investigation is needed into a procedural point raised about the conduct of the adjudication. A reply will be sent as soon as possible.
