§ Mr. Mallon

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will publish the names of the Southern education and library board's select list of contractors;

(2) how many building contractors have been added to the Southern education and library board's select list; and how many have been removed in each of the years from 1980 to 1987; and if he will name them;

(3) how often the select list of contractors has been reviewed by the Southern education and library board's selective tendering panel in each of the years from 1980 to 1987;

(4) if he will publish the names of the Southern education and library board's selective tendering panel;

(5) if he will publish the names and qualifications of the consultants who have advised the Southern education and library hoard's selective tendering panel in the last five years;

(6) if the Southern education and library board's selective tendering panel will, in future, advise contractors why they have been excluded from the select list;

(7) if he will publish the names of the firms of architects and designers employed by the Southern education and library board in the last five years;

(8) what criteria are used by the Southern education and library board's selective tendering procedure in (a) selecting contractors and (b) excluding contractors from the select list.
