§ Mrs. CurrieYes. The Department collects information annually on the number of local authority day nursery places which is published in "Children's Day Care Facilities at 31 March, England" (A/F/6), copies of which are available in the Library. Figures are given for each local authority for the most recent year; the national trend over a 10-year period is given in table 2.
