§ Mr. Viggers[holding answer 16 December 1987]: Although there is no formal relationship between the action for community employment and community volunteering schemes in Northern Ireland and the national initiatives promoted by Manpower Services Commission 679W through the community programme in Great Britain, there are nevertheless many similarities and continuing contacts between the respective officials.
