§ Mr. NichollsThere is already legislation on the safety of agricultural machinery. I understand that the European Commission is preparing a proposal for a directive to harmonise the laws of the member states relating to the safety of machines, including those used in agriculture. Meanwhile, I have no plans to introduce further legislation.
