§ Mrs. CurrieWaltham Forest health authority is responsible for services at Whipps Cross hospital. I am advised that it has recently had to make some restrictions on admission because of increased winter pressure, staff shortages, and a ward closed for the decant of patients for the start of phase I of the redevelopment of the hospital.
