To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects Mr. J. A. Smith of 195 New Cheveley Road, Newmarket, whose treatment has been the subject of correspondence with the hon. Member for Bury St. Edmunds, to see an orthopaedic consultant at Newmarket hospital.
