§ Mrs. RoeThe numbers of council-owned dwellings in unlicensed occupation were reported, for the first time, by local authorities in their 1987 housing investment programme returns; figures for London boroughs at 1 April 1987 appear on page 7.7 (col. A99) of the "HIP 1 (1987) All items print". A copy has recently been placed in the Library.
