§ Mr. Peter WalkerI am today publishing a policy statement, "The National Curriculum in Wales", which sets out my policy on the implementation of the national curriculumin schools in Wales. The statement is intended to inform debate on the Education Reform Bill, now before the House, and to provide greater detail for teachers, parents and others about the Government's proposals as they affect Wales.
