§ Mr. DobsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list for each district health authority(a) the total numbers of people waiting for treatment in September 1982, (b) the total numbers of people waiting for treatment in March 1987 and (c) the percentage change represented by (b) over (a), ordering the list so that a district with the biggest increase is first and that the largest decrease is last.
