§ Mr. SainsburyA check is kept on the accuracy of the weather forecasts broadcast each day on BBC Radio 4 at 735W 07.55 (for the day ahead) and at 17.55 (for the following day). For Wales, the average percentage correct over the past five years has been 83. The length, format and style of presentation are determined by the broadcasting authorities.
