To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland by how many the numbers of long stay mental handicap patients at Lennox Castle hospital have fallen since1979; and how much of this fall can be attributed to(a) the death of patients, (b) the non-admission of new patients and (c) planned resettlement of patients in the community.
