§ Mr. DunnThe provision of health services to local education authorities is a function of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services, under the provisions of the National Health Service Act 1977. Schedule 10 of the Education Reform Bill now before Parliament extends that duty to cover the grant-maintained schools which it is proposed should be established under the Bill. My right hon. Friends do not at present plan to bring forward any other proposals in this field.
