§ Mr. CopeInstructions have been issued for the offices concerned to alert staff to the consequences of the decision; to explain the action being taken centrally to establish the extent to which the decision affected other redundancies within the British Shipbuilders Group; to arrange for the issue of questionnaires to claimants who may have been affected by the decision; to give advice on how to deal with completed questionnaires and establish whether payment under the provisions of the Social Security Act 1975 was due; and to advise on the conditions
