§ Mrs. RumboldI am unaware of any recent research in this area. However, in 1983, an informal all-party parliamentary group sponsored an inquiry into the effects of exposing children to scenes of violence on video film. The report of research commissioned by the group was published in 1985 under the title "Video Violence and Children".
