§ 77. Mr. Simsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when the last meeting of the 176W Sino-British joint liaison group on Hong Kong was held; what matters were discussed; and where and when he next expects the group to meet.
§ Mr. RentonThe fourth meeting of the Sino-British joint liaison group took place in London from 22 to 25 July. Proceedings of the group are confidential, but further good progress was made. Copies of the communiqúe released following the meeting have been placed in the Library of the House. The next meeting of the group will take place in Peking from 25 to 28 November.
