§ Mr. NewtonOver the past year we have received representation about the funding of the Bexley health authority from my hon. Friend himself, my right hon. Friend the Member for Old Bexley and Sidcup (Mr.180W Heath), my hon. Friend the Member for Bexleyheath (Mr. Townsend) and the Bexley community health council. Some representations have also been made about funding in other parts of the South East Thames regional health authority.
