When they expect to publish the draft regulations for the Personal Equity Plan and whether they still intend to introduce this scheme on 1st January next.
§ The Secretary of State for Employment (Lord Young of Graffham)Draft regulations for the Personal Equity Plan were published by the Inland Revenue on Tuesday, 14th October. I have arranged for a copy of the draft to be sent to the noble Lord and copies placed in the Library. The scheme will come into operation, as planned on 1st January 1987.
