Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, in relation to listed buildings, the statutory charges registered under article 108 and schedule 4 to the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 include any object or structure fixed to a building or forming part of the land and comprised within the curtilage of the building as required under article 31(7).
§ Mr. NeedhamObjects or structures, as referred to in paragraph (7) of article 31 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, are not required to be registered in the statutory charges register.
