§ Mr. NeedhamThis work began on 4 August 1986 and was completed on 18 September. The objective was to replace the bridge deck and end supports which were severely damaged in a traffic accident.
From the numerous inquiries received from local residents and representatives about the timing of repairs 919W to the bridge and their concern for the safety of children, I am satisfied that there is a demand for the footbridge at this location.
