§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Transport on what occasions so far in 1986 aircraft taking off from Heathrow airport have infringed the night noise limits; and which airlines were involved in each case.
§ Mr. Michael SpicerHeathrow Airport Ltd.'s records show that up to the end of August 1986, there were 59 infringements of the night noise limit this year, out of a total of 1,837 night departures made by aeroplanes leaving Heathrow during the night period from 2300 to 0700 hours.
