I attended the Commonwealth review meeting from 3 to 5 August which was called to consider the Nassau accord in the light of the report of the Eminent Persons Group. Heads of Government adopted some further measures designed to impress upon the South African Government the urgent need for fundamental change. I have placed a copy of the review meeting communiqué in the Library of the House.
