Whether they are satisfied that the draft Bill annexed to Law Commission Report No. 118 on Illegitimacy still gives clear and adequate effect to the views of the Law Commission.
§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)The Government have asked the Law Commission, as part of their programme to review family law, to consider whether changes since 1982 affect the recommendations they made in their report on illegitimacy. A short supplementary report, with a draft Bill annexed, is expected very soon.
