§ Mr. DunnMy right hon. Friend has considered a resolution submitted to him for confirmation by the governors of Burton Manor college seeking to terminate the agreement under which the college is administered. He did not regard it as a valid and effective resolution and therefore could not confirm it. He has invited representatives of the Liverpool local education authority and the college to discuss the future of the college with the Department.
