§ Mr. LuceI had a most enjoyable visit to Leicester. I met local councillors at a lunch at theLeicester Mercury Offices, and visited Leicestershire's Libraries and Museums Services, during which I had great pleasure in opening an exhibition of pictures collected by the late Mrs. Anne Kessler. I am pleased that the loan of the paintings was made possible by the Government's indemnity scheme.
