§ Mr. Peter WalkerMy Department's Energy Efficiency Office is currently giving such advice through the biggest publicity campaign ever aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the domestic sector. The office publishes a full range of supporting literature, and elderly people are also helped through the 120 new Government-backed voluntary sector insulation projects which have started during Energy Efficiency Year.
