§ Mr. John PattenThe registers of publicly owned unused and underused land maintained by my right hon. Friend under part X of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 include such land owned by nationalised industries, health authorities, water authorities and the other statutory bodies listed in schedule 16 to the Act.
